You will go home with new insights and practical tools for your own organisation. \nMorning – Keynote Sessions:\nMatthias Parrey „HOP & Safety-II – New Perspectives on Safety Culture“ How do you look at people\, mistakes and the conditions in which the work is done?\nEvelien Jonkeren of BG Verkehr shows how our own “normal” shapes the way we look at others. And what that means for cooperation and safety. \nAfternoon – Hands-on Workshops:\nA. The boatmaster simulation: Understand work. Create safety. – a tabletop game in which participants experience how wide the gap between these two lines can be\, and how you as a manager can spot risks earlier by truly listening to the people doing the work.\nB. Experience how Culture Influences Behavior – an interactive session where your own beliefs are challenged and where you learn to really communicate clearly.\nC. Escape Room Barge Edition – a nerve-wracking game in which your knowledge and skills are tested\, all related to the challenges the crew experiences on board.
