And what that means for cooperation and safety. \nAfternoon – Hands-on Workshops \nA. The boatmaster simulation: Understand work. Create safety. – a tabletop game in which participants experience how wide the gap between these two lines can be\, and how you as a manager can spot risks earlier by truly listening to the people doing the work.\nB. Mind the Gap! Exploring the Hidden Side of Safety Communication – an interactive session where your own beliefs are challenged and where you learn to really communicate clearly.\nC.
